A devoted cook and a viticulture expert based in New York, with more than a decade and a half of gastronomic experience accumulated from various parts of the globe. Despite his prosperous career in finance, it didn’t prevent him from investigating mouthwatering options in each city he's stayed in. Born and bred in Paris, France, his job led him to a myriad of remarkable countries worldwide, affording him the chance to explore food cultures outside his home city. From Europe to Asia, and extending to South America.
